We’re excited to roll out a brand new way to get in touch with us — you can now text us for service! Whether you’re working remotely, on-site, or just prefer texting over calling or email, getting support is now quicker and more convenient than ever.


✅ How It Works

Just send a text message to our support number:

After your first message, you’ll receive a reply from a second number — this will become your dedicated number for that support ticket. Be sure to continue texting with that number for all updates and replies.

Don’t worry — if you accidentally text the original number again within the first minute it will still update the service ticket, After one minute it will try to open another service ticket.


💬 What You Can Send

You can send:

  • Text messages
  • Photos
  • Videos

Everything you send is added directly to the support ticket, so our team can assist you faster and with more context.

You’ll also receive real-time updates and replies — all through text.


📩 When It’s Resolved

Once your issue is resolved, you’ll get a notification that your support ticket has been closed.
Still need help? No problem — just reply to the same message thread and it’ll re-open your ticket.
